How Homebid works

The council or a housing association does not choose a home for you. Instead, you choose which home you would like to be considered for using Homebid. Properties are advertised every Friday at 8.00am. You may place bids up until the following Tuesday at 8.00am when bidding closes.

POTTERS COURT

What's happening: Potters Court is on course to be the largest housing-with-care facility in Southampton by offering 83 one and two-bedroom flat  for adults with care and support needs.

Status: Under construction

Highlight features: Communal facilities where residents can meet and enjoy events and activities.

What's happening:  New Build Housing.

A selection of two and three bedroom houses were advertised on 18^th June and 25^th June. One and Two bedroom flats and two bedroom houses were advertised between 30th July and 10th August.  More properties to follow over the coming months, including social rented and shared ownership
